What it means
Indoor evaporator temperature sensor fault.
Possible causes
Evaporator thermistor failure Sensor dislodged from coil Harness chafed or broken
Suggested fix
Confirm proper sensor placement on the coil and test resistance values; refit or replace the sensor and repair any damage to the harness.
Safety first. Isolate the power supply before inspecting any unit. Refrigerant-circuit
and electrical repairs must be carried out by a qualified, registered technician.
