What it means
Duplicate device address error on the communication network.
Possible causes
Two indoor units set to the same address Incorrect rotary switch or DIP settings Commissioning process not completed correctly
Suggested fix
Inspect address settings on all indoor units and assign unique addresses according to the design; power-cycle and reinitialize communication once addressing has been corrected.
Safety first. Isolate the power supply before inspecting any unit. Refrigerant-circuit
and electrical repairs must be carried out by a qualified, registered technician.
