Midea error code E2
What it means
Temperature sensor error (typically indoor air or coil sensor).
Possible causes
Thermistor short or open Damaged sensor harness Connector not fully seated on indoor PCB
Suggested fix
Identify which sensor is implicated from service documentation, measure its resistance against the Midea curve and inspect wiring; replace the sensor or repair the harness where readings are outside specification.
Safety first. Isolate the power supply before inspecting any unit. Refrigerant-circuit
and electrical repairs must be carried out by a qualified, registered technician.
