What it means
Communication error between indoor and outdoor units.
Possible causes
Interconnecting wiring damaged or incorrectly connected Mismatched terminal allocation Communication failure on PCB
Suggested fix
Check cable routing, continuity and terminal mapping, then verify outdoor unit power; if wiring is correct and supply is stable, proceed to diagnose the indoor and outdoor boards and replace the defective one.
Safety first. Isolate the power supply before inspecting any unit. Refrigerant-circuit
and electrical repairs must be carried out by a qualified, registered technician.
