Alliance error code E1
What it means
Communication error between indoor and outdoor units (Midea-platform logic).
Possible causes
Interconnecting cable fault Incorrect wiring order at terminals Failed communication interface on PCB
Suggested fix
Confirm correct wiring and polarity of the interconnecting cable and ensure outdoor power is present; if wiring and supply are sound, perform board communication tests and replace the faulty PCB.
Safety first. Isolate the power supply before inspecting any unit. Refrigerant-circuit
and electrical repairs must be carried out by a qualified, registered technician.
