Carrier error code F0
What it means
Low refrigerant protection.
Possible causes
System undercharged after installation Slow leak in piping or coils Expansion valve malfunction creating low evaporator pressure
Suggested fix
Compare suction pressure and superheat to expected values and inspect for leaks; rectify leaks and charge the system correctly following Carrier guidelines and legal requirements.
Safety first. Isolate the power supply before inspecting any unit. Refrigerant-circuit
and electrical repairs must be carried out by a qualified, registered technician.
