What it means
Drain pump or condensate removal error.
Possible causes
Condensate pump not running Float switch stuck in high position Blocked drain line causing pan overflow
Suggested fix
Clean the drain pan and line, then test pump and float operation under water load; replace the pump or float assembly if electrical tests and functional checks confirm failure.

and electrical repairs must be carried out by a qualified, registered technician.
