LG error code CH22
What it means
Outdoor current transformer (CT) error.
Possible causes
CT not sensing correctly CT wiring open or misconnected Downstream component fault causing abnormal current signature
Suggested fix
Check CT connections and physical condition and compare sensed currents to actual measured values; if the CT is sound, investigate compressor and other loads for faults before replacing the CT or outdoor PCB.
Safety first. Isolate the power supply before inspecting any unit. Refrigerant-circuit
and electrical repairs must be carried out by a qualified, registered technician.
