LG error code CH23
What it means
Outdoor DC compressor overcurrent protection.
Possible causes
Compressor drawing excessive current Incorrect supply voltage Mechanical seizure or high mechanical load on compressor
Suggested fix
Measure running current and supply voltage, evaluate refrigerant pressures and mechanical condition of the compressor; do not repeatedly reset the system but instead identify and correct the root cause.
Safety first. Isolate the power supply before inspecting any unit. Refrigerant-circuit
and electrical repairs must be carried out by a qualified, registered technician.
