TCL error code E1
What it means
High pressure protection.
Possible causes
Fouled or blocked condenser coil Excessive refrigerant charge Closed service valves or discharge restriction
Suggested fix
Clean condenser surfaces and ensure proper fan operation, verify that valves are correctly open and measure high-side pressures; correct charge and mechanical problems per TCL technical data before clearing the error.
Safety first. Isolate the power supply before inspecting any unit. Refrigerant-circuit
and electrical repairs must be carried out by a qualified, registered technician.
